My Mission “Help and Inspire others every day to live to their potential, reach their goals and feel great – because every single one of you deserve it!”
As you can see I wear many hats! I’ve listed my different businesses here with the intention to show how they all fit around my central theme, which is all about helping and inspiring. I’ve been an entrepreneur since my young teens and would often browse through the Chatelaine magazine top 100 women entrepreneur’s and dream of seeing my picture there. In this quick profile I’ll briefly summarize what each business is. Please feel free to click the links and check them out as well, I’d love to help and inspire you too!
Arbonne Independent Consultant

Arbonne is pure, safe, chemical-free, vegan skincare. I share and sell the amazing skin care and nutrition line as well as teach and train my team to do the same. This 30 yr old company is new in Canada and is full of potential and the best part is I completely stand behind their products (they work) and their business system and corporate mission. I am excited at the unlimited potential that this company offers!
Owner, Eau Spa at the Old Orchard Inn
Reg. Massage Therapist
www.eauspa.ca
Eau Spa is a full service spa at the Old Orchard Inn, providing premium esthetics and massage therapy services. I was privileged to purchase the spa in 2009 and have been able to increase sales by over 25% with an amazing team and a “over-the-top” customer care program that keeps everyone happy.
Health Products Distributer, Violets Closet
www.shopvioletscloset.com
I created and established this online, women’s sexual health products business in 2008 to address the need of an educational and discreet shop for women to purchase products they don’t feel comfortable purchasing in a conventional store. Selecting only top quality products and setting up a distribution system have been the key success points to this business which allows me to help women and also make a little extra income from home.
Fitness Blogger

Fitness and Nutrition have always been an avid interest and after setting up a facebook group (over 900 members) of moms, I’ve realized that a lot of us know what we need to be doing in terms of our health and diet, we just need the motivation to to it – and that’s where I’d like to help out! Giving inspiration to get up and get moving – because our health is our #1 asset in taking care of our families and everything else we do in our lives. I’m currently creating new programs for this website, exciting new motivation tools for busy people to keep moving (daily texts, customized program reminders, goals and rewards charts….) Watch out, I’m kind of a motivation nut!
Networking For Success!!!
Do you dread networking, find it hard to know what to say in a networking situation, or do you not get good results from your networking activities?
Join us on September 14th at 7pm for an informative and highly interactive seminar provided by VWBN member Sylvie Thibault of Fairwinds Training and Development.
In all walks of life, a network is a large combination of people who know you and know what you do. We all use this network to pursue a career, enhance our business, grow our circle of friends and make decisions about where and whom we do business with.
This 1-hour seminar covers the basics of developing an effective network.
• Myths of Networking
• The “Rule of 250″ and the Chain of Endless Referrals
• First Impressions and Introductions that Last
• What to Say after Hello…
• Your Fifteen Word Networking Statement
• Memory Hooks – When and How to Employ them Effectively
• Exploring Opportunities for Developing a Network
• The Boomerang Effect – What Goes Around Comes Around
• Building Relationships – It’s a Journey, not a Destination
• Developing a Networking Strategy
• Networking Do’s and Don’ts
Following this Networking for Success Seminar, there will be a reception where you can put your newly developed skills to use–build upon your existing network and create one-on-one connections with “influencers” in the local business community!
